The Manhattan Building Company is located in Hoboken, New Jersey and was founded with subsidiaries in February 1994, as an integrated group of companies with a common purpose. Sanford Weiss the companies principal, has been active in Hoboken since 1978 and his goal was to develop, finance, build, sell and rent, multi-family housing units in the growth corridor near Manhattan.
